VZones Member Art Program
We are currently accepting new member artists!.
We encourage all member artists to
send in ideas or even sketches for new inworld art they're planning so we
can provide feedback to the member artists and no time is wasted creating
artwork that has already been submitted by someone else.
Welcome to the Aviart submission information page. Here you will
find information on what you need to do in order to submit your artwork
and be considered for inclusion in the VZones worlds. PLEASE READ ALL
INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY!

You'll need the Adobe
Acrobat Reader to view and save A and B. Click here if you don't already have the Acrobat
Reader.

Read the Member Art Provider Agreement: Read this document carefully as it outlines your rights and the rights of Stratagem Corporation. When you have read and understood the agreement, fill in the required information at the end, sign, and fax to 212-842-2738. Please
DO NOT SEND ANY ARTWORK until this agreement is signed and received by
Stratagem Corporation. Artwork that is sent to us without a signed Art
Provider Agreement will not be considered and will be
returned.
3.
Read the Aviart Head or Object Instruction Manual: The manuals
will explain the technical requirements you need to follow when creating
your artwork. It is imperative that you follow the instructions
carefully. We cannot use any artwork that does not meet
ALL technical and content specifications outlined in the manual. It
is the responsibility of the artist to make sure that ALL submissions meet
ALL criteria outlined in the manual, the Official Forum, and here.
4.
Submission of Aviart: Submit all Aviart to ladyr@avatarwares.com. If your artwork
meets the size, resolution and color requirements, you will get an email
stating that your artwork has been received ok.
Please remember
to include a text file with each submission with the following
information: A) Your real name B) Your Avatar
name C) The name you would like as the name of your artwork
(each submission should be sent in a separate .zip file with the name of
the art as the name of the .zip file.) D) The world(s) that you
are a member of E) Your email address F) Whether or
not you have a paypal account set up, including your PayPal account email
address G) A description of each file that is included and
anything that may help in the processing of the artwork.
Along with
the text file, you will need to include two (2) .pcx OR .pct files. Please
remember that one of these files must be the grid layout with each
expression in the correct position in the case of head artwork or to show
how the object is worn or held by the avatar in the case of an
object.Before sending, please save all individual submissions and their
corresponding text file in separate .zip files and name the file the name
you would like on your art. PLEASE

5.
What to do if you receive a rejection email: A rejection email
will be sent to contributors whose artwork does not meet the requirements.
The email will contain specific reasons why your artwork was rejected.
After you have fixed the problems you will be able to resubmit the
artwork.
Please
remember to save a copy of the Member Art Provider Agreement, Aviart
Instruction Manual, Aviart Submission Instructions, and your artwork.
We cannot be held responsible for lost artwork due to problems with
transmission or any other reason.
Any
questions should be directed to ladyr@avatarwares.com.
Please
allow at least six to eight weeks to process your artwork. Processing
of art does not guarantee acceptance of submission. Submissions will
be returned to the artist to be fixed, if errors are found after
processing. If you do not receive either a received or rejection email
after two weeks, please email ladyr@avatarwares.com.
It
is strongly recommended that all artists visit our FAQ page, the Official VZonesart Forum for tips and techniques, and
the Common Errors page to avoid any delay in the processing
of submissions. |
